About GoodShyt Group
GoodShyt Group is a consulting social enterprise that designs and operates community-centered events to create lasting public benefit. Founded by Deonte Watts in 2022, our specialty is transforming tournaments, local gatherings, and grassroots programs into measurable impact for kids, families, and their neighborhoods.
We bridge sports, hospitality, and giving by delivering hands-on programs around youth engagement, food justice, healthy recreation, and event-based donation drives. With a proven track record—7 nonprofit partnerships, 23 events, and 226 children supported across multiple states—we help sponsors, schools, and community organizations run activations that are easy to implement, powerful to communicate, and built for real outcomes.

Saturday Morning Open Gym
